Cueca 2007 Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon
2007 Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon - Cueca

As inexpensive reds go, Cueca is an unchallenging Chielean cab, ideally suited to introduce the novice red wine drinker to an enjoyable experience.  Well-suited to accompany red meat dish or tomato-based sauce or just as a relaxing glass of wine at the end of the day.  Affordably priced, it's also an excellent choice to unlock the flavor compounds of tomatoes in the preparation of those sauces, when more expensive reds would otherwise be sacrificed for such a task.  Salut!
